• The health insurance marketplace is difficult to navigate. Additionally, it can sometimes be cost prohibitive to the point that people are making employment decisions based on health insurance coverage.
• It is imperative that healthcare is accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial status.
• Improving the quality of care that patients receive must include embracing new technology, such as telehealth, and incorporating patient feedback and preferences.
